1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup butter

- Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Toss in wings until fully coated and shake off excess. Place wings in basket of air fryer for 30-35 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until golden brown and crisy. Transfer wings to a bowl.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in buffalo sauce. Pour sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.
