1 egg, whisked with 1 tbsp water
3/4 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. freshly grated parmesan
1 tsp. dried oregano

- Using paper towels, pat pickle chips dry. In a medium bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Dredge pickle chips first in egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place in air fryer and bake 10 minutes at the highest temperature. Serve immediately, with ranch for dipping.
